THREE STUDIES OF POLLUTION

I Scrapyard
Stripped of seat and clutch and gear,
These rust laden heaps are piled up high,
In their life they poisoned the air,
Now they pollute the sky.

II Progress
When Man first landed on the moon,
He had no luggage in a trunk,
He left his footprints in the soil,
And a load of metal junk.

III Council
The meeting was well attended,
They came from near and far,
Agreed to reduce the energy load,
Then left each in a separate car.
