Wildflower Awards 2003

Do you know of a wildflower site which needs help?

There are two awards available, worth a total of £3,000, to maintain or improve a site in a sustainable way.

Anyone needing help to manage or enhance a wildflower site can apply for funding. The only proviso is that the area has to be accessible to the public on either a permanent or temporary basis.

In 2002 the competition was won for a wildflower habitat in a churchyard.

The award is being sponsored by West Suffolk conservationist, Bernard Tickner, from royalties he receives for Euphorbia ‘Redwing’ marketed by Notcutts Nurseries.
